Return and exchange policy

At Reflexshion, we take great care in crafting our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy, which outlines how returns, exchanges, and international deliveries are handled. 

Effective Date: December 1, 2025


RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of delivery for any reason.
To begin a return or exchange, please email admin@reflexshion.com with your full name and order number. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.


Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with packaging intact.
  • Returns received after the 21-day period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Return and exchange shipping fees may apply based on your location and order details.

  

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, Reflexshion will replace the item at no additional cost. To process your claim:

  • Email admin@reflexshion.com with your name, order number, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to qualify for replacement.

  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

For customers outside our domestic shipping regions:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Reflexshion cannot guarantee the timely clearance of international shipments and is not liable for any customs-related delays or additional charges.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to coordinate with local customs authorities or shipping carriers if issues arise.

  

UNCLAIMED OR FAILED DELIVERY

If a package is returned to us due to missed deliveries or failure to collect:

  • A refund for the product cost will be issued once the returned parcel is received.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Buyers are encouraged to track their parcels using the provided tracking code and  contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.

  

OTHER CONCERNS

If there are issues related to incorrect delivery addresses or order discrepancies, we may contact you via email to resolve the matter promptly.
